Lithic (Unity 2013)

Lithic is an experiment at Drexel’s Digital Media Department to further our studies as Master’s students. The game centers around you, a uman from the distant past, attempting to uncover the story of his tribe through paintings in a cave. The controls shift between painter and painting: as the player approaches the art, they are given the chance to take agency of the painting’s characters and define the history of the protagonist’s tribe.

Its inspiration derives from the art of Lascaux. A small team of developers made this game with hopes to capture the excitement of exploration, and to make these ancient paintings come to life.
